Stag and hen weekends, big birthdays, club tours and company off-sites.
Who it's for: Anyone organising a group and quietly dreading the admin.
Organising twelve people is a full-time job. Organising them abroad, with courts, beds, transport and dinners, is worse. So don't. Tell us the occasion, the dates and the group, and we'll build the weekend: villas or a hotel block, a tournament, a chef night, a proper night out, and someone from us on the island to keep it all moving.
A stag do that's a padel tournament, a boat day and a night in Palma. A fortieth at a finca with a chef and coaching in the mornings. A club tour with a Local Open on the Saturday. A company off-site where the team-building is a doubles ladder and the dinner is a paella under the stars. We've thought about all of them, so you don't have to.
What we arrange
Everything on the ground, one fee.
- Accommodation for large groups: villas, fincas or a hotel block
- A minibus and drivers for the whole weekend
- A tournament for the group, with local pairs if you want them
- A chef night or a paella party at the house
- Tables, rooftops and late venues for the night out
- Activities for non-players: boat, beach club, spa, Tramuntana
- A coordinator on the island from arrival to departure
Flights are yours to book (we'll tell you which ones to look at). Everything else on this list is arranged and paid for in one go.
A sample long weekend
How the days might look.
A starting point, not a timetable. Every group tweaks it.
Friday
Arrivals staggered? No problem, the drivers are on it. Welcome session on court, a big table for dinner, the draw announced.
Saturday
Tournament morning, prizes at lunch, beach club or boat in the afternoon. Chef night at the villa, then Palma for those still standing.
Sunday
Recovery: pool, massage, a long lunch. Sunset social matches. A quieter dinner (relatively).
Monday
Group photo, transfers to the airport in waves, the WhatsApp group goes quiet for a week.
What's the maximum group size?
Forty works comfortably across two or three houses. Bigger on request.
Some of us don't play. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We plan the non-players' days alongside the padel and everyone meets for the meals and the nights.
How do deposits and payments work?
It's all set out in your proposal. Tell us the group size and dates on WhatsApp and we'll come back with the plan and the terms.
